Just moved house and replacing the carpets, one of which will fit nicely into the garage.
There are small patches of under the DPC level where the brick meets the slab - these get bigger when it rains and dry out completely in the summer - so no real issue.
Only problem is it'll make the carpet damp and it'll go mouldy in the wetter months so I'm looking at painting the slab and up to DPC with Blackjack type bitumen paint.Has anyone got any experience on this or guidelines on what to do/not to do or even a reccommendation on what to use???
